Nature of the service

EduLink NZ Education Finder is an education directory tool that helps users browse public information about New Zealand early learning services, schools, and tertiary providers, including map locations, saved lists, and comparison views. The app is not an official government service and does not imply endorsement by the Ministry of Education, Education Counts, or any institution.

Institution data is derived from public Education Counts data and related public information made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license.

The iOS app and User Portal require a registered account and sign-in. A public secure enquiry link is limited to one Case conversation and does not provide guest access to User Portal or any other product function.

User responsibilities and limits

The app provides general information only. It is not enrolment, visa, accommodation, financial, legal, or education advice. Users should verify important decisions with schools, official government sources, or qualified professionals.

EduLink uses reasonable care to provide a stable service and secure updates, but does not guarantee that public data is accurate, complete, or current at all times. Users must not attempt to disrupt the app, update endpoint, or data package verification process.
