Pricing FAQ

Quick answers to the most common pricing and activation questions.

Q1: Can we start with Plan A only?

Yes. You can start with Plan A for school matching, documents, and submissions. If you later want visa and landing support, you can upgrade to Plan B by paying the difference.

Q2: How is the upgrade from Plan A to Plan B calculated?

We charge the price difference based on the active pricing policy at the time of upgrade. Covered service fees are not charged twice, and scope is confirmed before execution.

Q3: Do these prices include tuition and accommodation?

No. These are EduLink service fees. Third-party costs (tuition, homestay/accommodation, visa fees, insurance) are shown separately so families can see where each dollar goes.

Q4: When does execution start after payment?

After you submit activation in Portal and upload payment proof, we confirm receipt and issue service units. In most cases, your next action list is sent within one business day.

Q5: What if a school application is not accepted?

We move to backup school options according to the agreed scope. Refund handling follows contract terms and delivered work status to keep expectations clear.

Q6: Why not use one all-inclusive fixed price?

Third-party costs change with school policy, season, and FX. Split pricing keeps decisions transparent and makes future service modules easier to add without changing the core billing logic.
