Plan New Zealand study visits with data, workflow, and one account
EduLink New Zealand connects the iOS app, family portal, full education-provider data, and local service workflow. Families can search schools and providers independently first, then continue with saved options, comparisons, needs questionnaires, and service progress under the same account.
Focused on 4- to 10-week primary, intermediate, and secondary placements with clearly labelled partner schools and licensed visa advisers.
Access all 7,370 education provider records after you register or sign in to the App / User Portal.
- Start with official education data, map location, and lifestyle context.
- Sync saved providers, comparisons, preferences, and questionnaires to the family portal.
- Separate partner schools, full-index providers, sponsored display, and EduLink-generated content.
- Track documents, visa referrals, fees, and service progress in the same account.
No tuition markups – transparent service only
Saved providers, comparisons, and preferences continue across devices.
Official data, geo, lifestyle, and display rules are tracked separately.
From independent search to managed service, information keeps moving
The mobile app is built for discovery, map browsing, saving, and comparison. The family portal continues with questionnaires, document lists, account sync, and service progress.
What changed: EduLink is now a connected family-service system
We are no longer just a school list or enquiry form. EduLink now combines public education data, lifestyle context, account sync, document workflows, and operations tooling to reduce handoff gaps.
Native iOS account flows
Sign-up, email verification, sign-in, password reset, and sign-out happen inside the app rather than through an external AWS page.
Full provider search
After you register or sign in, search 7,370 schools, early learning services, and tertiary providers in the full index, with clear separation from partner-school lists.
Lifestyle and transport summaries
Accepted summaries show nearby supermarkets, amenities, transport, and local context without exposing internal raw data.
Layered versions and privacy flow
Official data, geo, lifestyle, taxonomy, and final packages are tracked separately; export and deletion requests use a formal account flow.
Who we are
A New Zealand-based team focused on short-term placements for Chinese families, turning interest in New Zealand education into clear, actionable plans.
From idea to classroom
Work with a single team to coordinate school selection, documentation, visa referrals, accommodation, and pre-departure briefings instead of juggling multiple agents.
Itemised fees, no hidden costs
School tuition, accommodation, and EduLink service fees are clearly itemised – no opaque “all-in-one” pricing.
Schools and licensed advisers
We only work with schools authorised to enrol international students. Visa advice and applications are handled by licensed immigration advisers or lawyers; EduLink itself does not provide immigration advice.
