When you submit information through the contact form, we mainly use it to communicate with you, assess study visit options, and – with your consent – connect you with relevant partners. Typical information may include the parent’s name and contact details, the child’s age and school year, preferred timing, budget and preferences, and any other details you choose to provide. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to reduce the risk that information is accessed, used, or disclosed without authorisation, but no internet‑based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If we become aware of a serious data incident that may affect you, we will take reasonable steps to let you know and work with the relevant parties to manage it.

This website currently uses browser local storage (such as localStorage) to remember your language preference so that we can show Chinese or English content by default on your next visit.
